Go behind the scenes with this exciting exhibition inspired from the animated series Captain Planet. You will learn more about the process and finished product of each of the artists. This group exhibition features artwork addressing the five elements from the show: Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, and Heart. Curated by Austin-based alumnus and teaching artist, Jaime Castillo.

Are you curious about high schools in Chicago and what CPS has to offer? In this workshop, you’ll meet with experts who will share their knowledge of the high schools in Chicago, including selective enrollment schools, charter schools, high schools with strong art programs, and what students and families should be doing now to be prepared for college! Registration is open to families and students.

Families and students are invited to explore the ins and outs of the college process—applications, personal statements, portfolios, financial aid and scholarships. You’ll leave with new information, resources, and a timeline for next steps. Registration is open to families and students.
