More Than 400 Attendees Celebrated Marwen at Art Fair 2008
Marwen's third annual Art Fair was a resounding success. Held Friday, November 7, it was a celebratory evening of food and drink, music, and engagement with dozens of new and established contemporary artists. Over 400 attendees filled Marwen's River North facility to view the works-reflecting a range of styles and media-of Marwen students, alumni, teaching artists, and staff. All the pieces featured in the exhibition were available for sale, with half the proceeds benefitting Marwen, and half going to the artist.
