So you want to participate in Marwen's Alumni Association?

 Here is a quick TOP 10 list of your options.

 

1)      Participate as an exhibiting artist

a.       You can participate in a couple of different annual exhibitions

i.  Alumni group shows (these vary, but I put a call for work in the

newsletter and google group)

ii. Student Advisory Board/Alumni Association collaborative exhibition (I

usually reach out to individuals directly)

curate an exhibition

 

2)      Help host a Marwen event (Members of our Alumni Association come

together several times a year to host events at Marwen. These have

included film screenings, open houses, and more!)

 

3)      Apply to be a teaching assistant (applications are online

4)      Sign up to be a mentor (Our Alumni Mentor Program matches former

Marwen students together who are attending the same college. You can

view last year's application online

5)      Join the Marwen Alumni Google Group

alums

 

6)      Do a little interview with me about your work/life, to be

featured in our Alumni E-Newsletter & our website

7)      Have your website featured on our E-Newsletter (this one is

pretty easy, you only have to provide a short bio)

 

8)      Donate to Marwen! (that always helps, and you can do it online

10)   Have any exciting contacts to the art world?? Hook Marwen up with

your network, and enrish Marwen's cultural community.
