Ari Karafiol is an interdisciplinary artist and educator born, raised, and based in Chicago. He teaches at cultural centers across Chicago, including the Art Institute of Chicago, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and Lillstreet, and is delighted to work with Marwen’s fabulous young artists. In his personal practice, he investigates masculinity and material culture through printmaking and fiber arts.
