Katherine Scott Jimenez

Katie currently serves as Director of Leasing for Parkside Realty, a Chicago business that invests, develops, and manages real estate, with a special focus on creating buildings centered on health and wellness. Prior to Parkside, Katie worked with US Equities Realty’s asset management group directing their landlord services portfolio, which included leasing, property and facility management, operations and financial services. When US Equities Realty merged with CBRE, she became Senior Managing Director for the Chicago Region and its diverse, 60 million SF managed portfolio.
