Wendy Fleishman

Wendy is Senior Vice President Chief Compliance Officer at Synchrony and is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of the Compliance Program and the management of the Compliance Department. Wendy’s earlier professional roles include Vice President, Fair and Responsible Banking Officer at Discover; Associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP; and Law Clerk at the United States Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Wendy is a longtime supporter of Marwen. She is the daughter of founder Steve Berkowitz and the “wen,” in Marwen.
