Marwen’s Executive Director Akilah Halley and current Marwen Young Artist Via McEwen were guests on WGN’s Daytime Chicago program on January 7!
Via spoke about her experience, having been a member of our community since 6th grade. She gave insight into the classes she’s taken, including commissioned classes like Design to Print and residencies like Artward Bound. Akilah gave some great information about how Marwen operates and the variety of classes and services we offer at no cost to Chicago’s young people.
